My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The fairly small room I had looked directly onto the neighboring stage, making sleep impossible until late at night. When I requested a room change due to the noise, the manager was initially reluctant to assist, but we eventually managed to switch rooms thanks to another guest we met. The overall impression I got was that this hotel falls short of its claimed star rating, closer to a 3-star than a 4-star-plus. It was definitely not one of my best holidays.
